Vietnam exported ceramics to the tune of US$57 million in March, up from US$44 million in February, a change of 29.77 percent, according to preliminary data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.
Year to date, Vietnam had exported US$164 million worth of ceramics by the end of March.
The USA accounted for US$16.11 million worth of Vietnam’s ceramics exports in March. This was up from US$14 million in February, a change of 18.8 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$48 million worth of ceramics to the USA.
After the USA was Japan with US$7 million in March, up from US$6 million in February, a change of 25.46 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$20 million worth of ceramics to Japan.
Next was Taiwan with US$7 million in March, up from US$3 million in February, a change of 102.20 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$14 million worth of ceramics to Taiwan.
Following Taiwan was the Philippines with US$4 million in March, up from US$1 million in February, a change of 139.53 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$8 million worth of ceramics to the Philippines.
Rounding out the top five was the UK with US$3 million in March, up from US$3 million in February, a change of 6.20 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$10 million worth of ceramics to the UK.
