ToggleVietnam exported textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries to the tune of US$188 million in November, down from US$204 million in October, a change of -8.05 percent, according to preliminary data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.
Year to date, Vietnam had exported US$2,193 million worth of textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries by the end of November.
Indonesia accounted for US$32 million worth of Vietnam’s textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries exports in November. This was down from US$41 million in textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries exports in October, a change of -21.41 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$382 million worth of textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries to Indonesia.
After Indonesia was Cambodia making up US$31 million worth of Vietnam’s textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries exports in November. This was down from US$32 million in textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries exports in October, a change of -4.85 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$357 million worth of textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries to Cambodia.
Next was the USA taking US$22 million worth of Vietnam’s textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries exports in November. This was up from US$20 million in textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries exports in October, a change of 9.60 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$212 million worth of textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries to the USA.
Following the USA was China representing US$16 million worth of Vietnam’s textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries exports in November. This was down from US$16 million in textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries exports in October, a change of -1.76 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$205 million worth of textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries to China.
Rounding out the top five was India constituting US$14 million worth of Vietnam’s textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries exports in November. This was down from US$15 million in textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries exports in October, a change of -7.16 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$167 million worth of textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries to India.

MSH closed at VND 33,150 on Friday up 0.35 percent with 3,467,000 shares traded, worth VND 11,512 million.
Foreign ownership in MSH is currently capped at 50.0 percent, with current foreign ownership sitting at 5.9 percent.
Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading JSC
Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading JSC (TCM) manufactures and exports garments, yarn, and textiles.
TCM closed at VND 26,500 on Friday down 0.3 percent with 10,185,000 shares traded, worth VND 26,980 million.
Foreign ownership in TCM is currently capped at 50.0 percent, with current foreign ownership sitting at 48.5 percent.
