Vietnam fertiliser exports up 102.04 percent MoM in March 2026 / Cambodia 140.54%, Philippines 128.57%

Vietnam exported fertiliser to the tune of US$173 million in March, up from US$85.43 million in February, a change of 102.04 percent, according to preliminary data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.

Year to date, Vietnam had exported US$360 million worth of fertiliser by the end of March.

Cambodia accounted for US$27 million worth of Vietnam’s fertiliser exports in March, up from US$11 million in February, a change of 140.54 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$62 million worth of fertiliser to Cambodia.

The Philippines followed with US$15 million in March, up from US$7 million in February, a change of 128.57 percent. Year to date, exports to the Philippines reached US$28 million.

South Korea recorded US$10 million in March, up from US$6 million in February, a change of 84.31 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$18 million worth of fertiliser to South Korea.

Thailand accounted for US$7 million in March, up from a low base in February, resulting in a 1,626.05 percent increase. Year to date, exports to Thailand totalled US$9 million.

Malaysia rounded out the top five with US$7 million in March, up from US$5 million in February, a change of 28.15 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$21 million worth of fertiliser to Malaysia.
