Note: Though it’s instinctive to look for government sources, If you can make money off of it, then the Vietnamese who stand to benefit, in this instance the private sector, will be all over. Internal communications systems in government, however, tend to move much more slowly. The point being, If you need accurate information fast, find a reliable private source in Vietnam.
