Vietnam-Singapore trade relations
Vietnam and Singapore maintain one of Southeast Asia’s most robust trade and investment partnerships.
Bilateral trade has grown steadily under the ASEAN Free Trade Area and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).
Singapore is a leading investor in Vietnam through projects in manufacturing, logistics, real estate, and renewable energy, many facilitated by the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Parks (VSIPs) operating nationwide.
Vietnam exports electronics, machinery, and agricultural products to Singapore, while importing refined fuels, chemicals, and high-value components.
The partnership continues to deepen under both nations’ shared goal of advancing green growth and digital economy cooperation.
