Vietnam’s Vingroup signs MOU with Congo to develop real estate, electric vehicle market
Vingroup has signed a memorandum of understanding with the government of Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, to develop a 6,300-hectare riverside megacity and help the country transition over 300,000 petrol vehicles to electric ones, Nguoi Quan Sat has reported.
