Vietnam’s chemical product exports grow by 7.5 percent in November
China was the largest importer of Vietnamese chemical products, with US$44.71 million, though it experienced a slight drop of 4.61 percent from October.
Belgian tourist arrivals in Vietnam grow by 38 percent in November
Year-to-date, Belgian arrivals reached 29,078, reflecting a 22.1 percent growth compared to the same period last year. Belgium remains a niche but growing European market for Vietnam’s tourism industry.
Vietnam’s fruit and vegetable exports experience sharp decline in November
Year-to-date exports totalled US$6.62 billion, driven primarily by strong performance in China, which accounted for US$4.33 billion. Thailand showcased notable growth, with a 51.04 percent month-on-month increase, while other key markets like Taiwan and the Netherlands recorded steep declines of 21.36 percent and 24.90 percent, respectively.
Vietnam’s consumer electronics sector sees mixed performance in November
Year-on-year, the sector decreased by 8.77 percent in November 2024 compared to the same period in 2023. However, over the first 11 months of 2024, cumulative growth reached 8.01 percent, showcasing strong performance earlier in the year.
