The “Other” category emerged as the top destination in June, with export values reaching $61,464,841.
This represents a 7.98 percent month-on-month change from May.
The “Other” category’s year-to-date total for these exports stands at $305,742,367, accounting for 48.50 percent of all YTD exports in this category.
Bangladesh
Bangladesh followed as the second-largest destination, with June exports valued at $16,560,123.
This figure indicates a -2.04 percent month-on-month change.
Bangladesh’s year-to-date total for these exports is $102,016,420, representing 16.18 percent of the total YTD exports for this product category.
Philippines
The Philippines secured the third position in June with exports totaling $14,201,240.
This indicates a -30.74 percent month-on-month change.
Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s exports of clinker and cement is $131,018,186, making up 20.78 percent of the total YTD exports.
Malaysia
Malaysia contributed $6,415,470 worth of clinker and cement in June.
Notably, Malaysia experienced a 24.80 percent month-on-month increase.
Malaysia’s year-to-date total for these exports is $26,739,644, accounting for 4.24 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.
Taiwan
Taiwan rounded out the top five export destinations with $5,239,769 in June exports.
This country saw a -8.06 percent month-on-month decrease.
Taiwan’s year-to-date total for these exports is $26,808,093, representing 4.25 percent of the total YTD exports for this category.
