ToggleVietnam exported coffee to the tune of US$508 million in November, up from US$394 million in October, a change of 28.69 percent, according to preliminary data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.
Year to date, Vietnam had exported US$7,936 million worth of coffee by the end of November.
Germany accounted for US$71 million worth of Vietnam’s coffee exports in November. This was up from US$46 million in coffee exports in October, a change of 52.31 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$1,058 million worth of coffee to Germany.
After Germany was Japan making up US$41 million worth of Vietnam’s coffee exports in November. This was up from US$34 million in coffee exports in October, a change of 18.35 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$554 million worth of coffee to Japan.
Next was Russia taking US$36 million worth of Vietnam’s coffee exports in November. This was up from US$20 million in coffee exports in October, a change of 76.99 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$407 million worth of coffee to Russia.
Following Russia was Thailand representing US$35 million worth of Vietnam’s coffee exports in November. This was up from US$26 million in coffee exports in October, a change of 34.29 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$313 million worth of coffee to Thailand.
Rounding out the top five was Italy constituting US$34 million worth of Vietnam’s coffee exports in November. This was down from US$35 million in coffee exports in October, a change of -3.75 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$616 million worth of coffee to Italy.

Coffee harvest expectations
Vietnam’s coffee harvest for marketing year 2025/26 is forecast by the United States Department of Agriculture to reach 30.8 million bags, up 6.2 percent from the previous year.
Robusta output is expected at 29.6 million bags and Arabica at 1.2 million bags, supported by favourable rainfall and increased farmer investment.
USDA projects exports will rise to 27.3 million bags, including 24 million bags of green coffee, while domestic consumption is expected to reach 4.9 million bags.
