Vietnam’s fishery product imports increase by 4.70 percent in March
Vietnam’s imports of fishery products reached US$270.19 million in March, a 4.70 percent increase from February. Year-to-date (YTD) imports totalled US$760.30 million, according to Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.
Vietnam’s textile and leather material imports jumped over 28 percent in March
Vietnam imported US$678.64 million worth of textile, leather and footwear materials and auxiliaries in March, up 28.34 percent from February, according to Vietnam’s General Department of Customs. The year-to-date total reached US$1.70 billion.
Vietnam’s aluminium output up 6.6 percent year-on-year in March
Vietnam’s aluminium production reached 127,500 tons in March, slightly up from 123,800 tons in February. Cumulative output for the first quarter totalled 380,100 tons, showing a 9.0 percent increase compared to March 2024 and a 6.6 percent rise year-on-year, according to data from the General Statistics Office.
