Vietnam’s rubber product exports experienced a modest month-on-month increase of 0.7 percent in November, reaching a value of US$110.97 million, according to Vietnam’s General Department of Customs. The year-to-date exports in this category amounted to US$1.11 billion.
The United States remained the leading importer, contributing US$42.48 million in November, marking an 11.37 percent increase from October. Japan followed with imports of US$16.27 million, reflecting a 5.47 percent rise. Meanwhile, exports to Germany grew by 26.86 percent, while Brazil recorded an impressive 55.23 percent surge in imports.
Despite growth in these markets, exports to China declined by 13.99 percent, while shipments to the UK dropped by 35.52 percent, highlighting mixed performances across regions.
The continued demand for Vietnam’s rubber products underlines their importance in the international market.
