Vietnam’s exports of rubber products rose significantly in October 2024, with export value reaching US$110.21 million, according to Vietnam’s General Department of Customs. This marks a 17.8 percent increase compared to September, which recorded US$93.59 million, reflecting rising global demand for Vietnam’s processed rubber goods.
Year-to-date figures also show solid growth. From January to October, exports in this category totalled US$997.12 million, an 11.5 percent increase compared to the same period in 2023.
The consistent year-to-date growth highlights Vietnam’s expanding role in the global rubber product market, supported by high-quality manufacturing and diverse product applications. October’s uptick reinforces the sector’s potential for further growth, contributing significantly to Vietnam’s export economy.
