Vietnam’s fabric imports surge by 30.23 percent in March

Vietnam’s imports of fabrics increased by 30.23 percent in March, reaching US$1.34 billion. The year-to-date (YTD) total reached US$3.45 billion, according to Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.

China remained the dominant supplier, with imports totalling US$910.43 million, reflecting a 48.84 percent rise from February. Taiwan followed with US$152.29 million, showing a 9.34 percent increase, while South Korea recorded US$125.30 million, a modest rise of 4.52 percent.
