Vietnam’s exports of ceramic products decreased by 19.44 percent in February 2025 compared to January, reaching US$43.94 million, according to data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.
Vietnam’s ceramic products exports total US$98.44 million for 2025, reflecting a decrease driven by lower shipments to key markets like the USA and the UK.
The decline in exports was primarily driven by reduced shipments to the USA, which fell by 28.73 percent, amounting to US$11.55 million. Exports to the Netherlands, Germany, and France also showed significant declines, dropping by 60.99 percent, 51.13 percent, and 39.66 percent, respectively.
However, some markets showed growth. Exports to Taiwan saw a remarkable rise of 75.08 percent, amounting to US$6.13 million, and exports to China grew by 154 percent. Additionally, exports to Laos and Indonesia saw increases of 33.57 percent and 105.08 percent, respectively.
