Vietnam sees decline in administrative operations and support services FDI in November

In November, the administrative operations and support services sector in Vietnam registered 1 new FDI project with US$39.2 million in newly registered capital, according to Vietnam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment. This represents an 80 percent decline compared to October, which recorded 5 new projects and US$18.1 million in newly registered capital.

Year-to-date, the sector has attracted a total of 56 new projects and US$150.8 million in newly registered capital, reflecting solid growth despite the downturn in November.

The administrative operations and support services sector is crucial for the operational efficiency of businesses in Vietnam, providing essential services such as human resources, office support, and logistics.

Key foreign firms in this sector include multinational companies like Adecco, Randstad, and ManpowerGroup, who continue to provide staffing and recruitment services across various industries in Vietnam.

Despite the drop in November, the administrative operations and support services sector remains an essential part of Vietnam’s business infrastructure, with growth opportunities ahead.
