Vietnam’s exports of furnitures of other materials, other than of wood, reached US$303.15 million in April 2025, according to figures released by Vietnam’s General Department of Customs. This represents a decrease of 5.08 percent compared to March, with a year-to-date (YTD) export value of US$1.20 billion.
Australia is a notable single-country export destination:
While the majority of exports fall under the “Other” category (possibly USA not in customs data), Australia stands out as a specific export market with a value of US$2.87 million in April. This represents a slight increase of 3.86 percent from March and accounts for 0.83 percent of the total year-to-date exports.
Significant month-on-month increases and decreases:
Norway experienced the largest month-on-month increase at 106.40 percent, followed by Indonesia and Hong Kong. Conversely, Finland experienced the most significant decrease at 86.81 percent, followed by Peru and Denmark.
