This represents a -24.34 percent month-on-month change from May.
Australia’s year-to-date total for these imports stands at $645,061,257, accounting for 41.56 percent of all YTD imports in this category.
Brazil
Brazil followed as the second-largest source, with June imports valued at $65,117,477.
This figure indicates a 34.78 percent month-on-month change.
Brazil’s year-to-date total for these imports is $417,028,932, representing 26.87 percent of the total YTD imports for this product category.
Turkey
Turkey secured the third position in June with imports totaling $8,674,100.
This indicates a 1540.74 percent month-on-month change.
Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s imports of ores and other minerals product is $18,239,801, making up 1.18 percent of the total YTD imports.
China
China contributed $7,967,164 worth of ores and other minerals product in June.
Notably, China experienced a -24.29 percent month-on-month decrease.
China’s year-to-date total for these imports is $57,200,189, accounting for 3.69 percent of the total YTD imports for this product.
Laos
Laos rounded out the top five import sources with $5,012,229 in June imports.
This country saw a -25.40 percent month-on-month decrease.
Laos’s year-to-date total for these imports is $27,407,107, representing 1.77 percent of the total YTD imports for this category.
