Vietnam’s sawing, planing, and preserving wood industry experienced a 2.1 percent decline in December 2024 compared to November 2024, according to Vietnam’s Industrial Production Index.

Year-on-year, the sector grew by 13.3 percent in December compared to December 2023. For the entire year of 2024, cumulative growth stood at 8.5 percent compared to 2023, reflecting consistent progress across the industry.
