Vietnam’s time and attendance software market, valued at US$9.51 million in 2024, is expected to reach US$20.44 million by 2033, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 9.11 percent from 2025 to 2033, according to a report by Astute Analytica.
The report highlights Vietnam’s expanding workforce, which consisted of over 52.4 million people as of 2023, as a significant driver of this growth. The increasing demand for time tracking solutions is attributed to the country’s rapid economic development and industrialisation. Vietnam’s annual GDP growth, exceeding 6.1 percent, has spurred business expansion, prompting enterprises to adopt efficient workforce management systems.
The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry notes that more than 70 percent of enterprises are pursuing digital transformation to optimise operations. This shift, combined with the rising interest in automation, is expected to fuel the adoption of advanced software tools in the coming decade.
