Vietnam’s exports of still image, video cameras, and parts thereof decreased by 0.76 percent in December compared to November, reaching US$580.83 million, according to data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.

Vietnam’s exports of still image, video cameras, and parts thereof total US$8.02 billion for 2024, reflecting consistent demand from major markets like China and the USA, despite some fluctuations.

The slight decline in exports was driven by a reduction in shipments to the USA and other markets, which saw decreases of 2.85 percent and 13.25 percent, respectively. However, exports to South Korea, Hong Kong, and the Philippines showed positive growth, increasing by 14.21 percent, 80.01 percent, and 59.59 percent, respectively.
