Vietnam’s still image, video cameras, and parts exports decline by 8.58 percent in February 2025

Vietnam’s exports of still image, video cameras, and parts decreased by 8.58 percent in February compared to January, amounting to US$525.93 million, according to data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.

Vietnam’s total exports in this category for 2025 have reached US$1.11 billion, reflecting a decrease in demand from major markets.

The decline in exports was primarily driven by a 7.93 percent drop in shipments to China, which remains the largest market, accounting for 55.35 percent of the total exports. Exports to South Korea and Hong Kong also saw significant drops, with Hong Kong exports decreasing by 40.86 percent. However, exports to the USA showed an increase of 8.20 percent, reaching US$92.57 million.

Meanwhile, exports to countries like Poland, Taiwan, and Australia saw growth, with Poland’s exports rising by 71.32 percent.
