Vietnam exported US$191.65 million worth of goods to Russia in August, down 10.9 percent from US$215.05 million in July, according to Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.
Year-to-date exports stood at US$1.58 billion.
Textiles and garments were the largest category with US$34.95 million, followed by coffee at US$27.81 million.
Machinery accounted for US$23.82 million, and fishery products for US$23.02 million.
Cashew nut exports rose to US$9.07 million, while fruits and vegetables reached US$8.14 million.
Other items included rubber at US$4.52 million, iron and steel at US$4.33 million, and pepper at US$3.88 million.
Smaller categories ranged from footwear, toys, and handbags to plastic products, wood, tea, and rice.
