Vietnam’s stock market maintained upward momentum as the VN-Index gained 14.49 points, or 0.88 percent, to finish at 1,657.75 on 11 September 2025, according to the latest data from the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange → view source.
Total trading value on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange reached VND 36.63 trillion, equivalent to about US$1.41 billion, showing continued investor engagement .
Foreign investors extended their selling streak, with total sales of VND 4.57 trillion (US$176 million) compared to purchases of VND 3.48 trillion (US$134 million).
This left a net outflow of VND 1.08 trillion (US$42 million).
Heaviest activity was concentrated in blue-chip names such as SSI, MWG, VPB, FPT, and HPG, which remain focal points for both domestic and foreign trading flows
