The VN-Index rose 5.94 points, or 0.36 percent, to close at 1,643.26 on September 10, with total trading value reaching VND 30.02 trillion or US$1.15 billion, according to the latest data from the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange → view source.
Gains were led by banking and real estate stocks, while mid- and small-cap counters slipped.
Foreign investors were net sellers, offloading VND 4.80 trillion or US$185 million against buys of VND 1.87 trillion or US$72 million, resulting in a net sell of VND 2.93 trillion or US$113 million.
