This significant month-on-month surge contributed to a year-to-date total for this product category standing at $106,264,264.
In June 2025, the top five destinations by dollar value for Vietnam’s exports of ores and other minerals products were:
China
China emerged as the top destination in June, with export values reaching $14,059,084.
This represents an impressive 603.88 percent month-on-month change from May.
China’s year-to-date total for these exports stands at $50,773,733, accounting for 47.78 percent of all YTD exports in this category.
Other
The “Other” category followed as the second-largest destination, with June exports valued at $2,942,442.
This figure indicates a -42.61 percent month-on-month change.
The “Other” category’s year-to-date total for these exports is $29,503,865, representing 27.76 percent of the total YTD exports for this product category.
Japan
Japan secured the third position in June with exports totaling $2,534,069.
This indicates a 14.66 percent month-on-month change.
Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s exports of ores and other minerals products is $10,199,822, making up 9.60 percent of the total YTD exports.
South Korea
South Korea contributed $337,735 worth of ores and other minerals products in June.
Notably, South Korea experienced a -65.48 percent month-on-month decrease.
South Korea’s year-to-date total for these exports is $3,212,679, accounting for 3.02 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.
Taiwan
Taiwan rounded out the top five export destinations with $264,179 in June exports.
This country saw a -82.61 percent month-on-month decrease.
Taiwan’s year-to-date total for these exports is $4,870,880, representing 4.58 percent of the total YTD exports for this category.
