China
China emerged as the top supplier in June, with import values reaching $79,459,251.
This represents a -7.60 percent month-on-month change from May.
China’s year-to-date total for these imports stands at $491,752,382, accounting for 34.19 percent of all YTD imports in this category.
Thailand
Thailand followed as the second-largest source, with June imports valued at $64,821,381.
This figure indicates a -23.09 percent month-on-month change.
Thailand’s year-to-date total for these imports is $572,511,809, representing 39.81 percent of the total YTD imports for this product category.
Malaysia
Malaysia secured the third position in June with imports totaling $22,416,871.
This indicates a -43.25 percent month-on-month change.
Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s imports of electric consumer products and parts is $240,378,152, making up 16.71 percent of the total YTD imports.
South Korea
South Korea contributed $4,342,450 worth of electric consumer products and parts in June.
Notably, South Korea experienced a -11.52 percent month-on-month decrease.
South Korea’s year-to-date total for these imports is $32,590,948, accounting for 2.27 percent of the total YTD imports for this product.
Indonesia
Indonesia rounded out the top five import sources with $4,139,970 in June imports.
This country saw a -29.16 percent month-on-month decrease.
Indonesia’s year-to-date total for these imports is $39,419,799, representing 2.74 percent of the total YTD imports for this category.
