Ivory Coast
Ivory Coast emerged as the top supplier in June, with import values reaching $148,815,992.
This represents a 133.94 percent month-on-month change from May.
Ivory Coast’s year-to-date total for these imports stands at $244,004,927, accounting for 9.79 percent of all YTD imports in this category.
Nigeria
Nigeria followed as the second-largest source, with June imports valued at $119,156,453.
This figure indicates a 33.40 percent month-on-month change.
Nigeria’s year-to-date total for these imports is $225,899,917, representing 9.06 percent of the total YTD imports for this product category.
Ghana
Ghana secured the third position in June with imports totaling $67,449,869.
This indicates a -0.39 percent month-on-month change.
Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s imports of Cashew nut is $158,386,374, making up 6.35 percent of the total YTD imports.
Cambodia
Cambodia contributed $29,986,593 worth of Cashew nut in June.
Notably, Cambodia experienced a significant -83.90 percent month-on-month decrease, despite being a major year-to-date supplier.
Cambodia’s year-to-date total for these imports is $1,350,888,155, accounting for a substantial 54.18 percent of the total YTD imports for this product.
Tanzania
Tanzania rounded out the top five import sources with $2,100,080 in June imports.
This country showed strong positive momentum with a 46.18 percent month-on-month increase.
