Vietnam’s tea exports rose to $24,207,229 in July 2025, according to the latest data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.
This value represents a 21.06 percent month-on-month increase, contributing to a year-to-date total of $120,697,871.
Here are the top five destinations by dollar value for Vietnam’s tea exports in July 2025:
Pakistan
Pakistan was the largest destination for Vietnamese tea exports, with a total of $11,336,520 in July.
This value grew by a significant 36.83 percent month-on-month.
Pakistan’s year-to-date total stands at $45,775,960, accounting for 37.93 percent of all YTD exports.
Taiwan
Taiwan was the second-largest destination, with July exports valued at $3,104,244.
This represents a 1.10 percent month-on-month increase.
Taiwan’s year-to-date total for these exports is $14,068,329, making up 11.66 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.
China
China secured the third position in July with exports totaling $2,097,443.
This indicates a 31.09 percent month-on-month increase.
Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s tea exports is $11,465,661, making up 9.50 percent of the total YTD exports.
Iraq
Iraq contributed $981,955 worth of tea in July.
This country saw a remarkable 67.23 percent month-on-month increase.
Iraq’s year-to-date total for these exports is $4,277,289, accounting for 3.54 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.
Russia
Russia rounded out the top five export destinations with $914,466 in July exports.
This country saw a -3.96 percent month-on-month decrease.
Russia’s year-to-date total for these exports is $6,358,630, representing 5.27 percent of the total YTD exports for this category.
