Philippines
The Philippines emerged as the top destination in June, with export values reaching $4,679,242.
As there was no recorded export from the Philippines in May, this marks a new and significant contribution to June’s exports.
The Philippines’ year-to-date total for these exports is $15,972,165, accounting for 25.28 percent of all YTD exports in this category.
Japan
Japan followed as the second-largest destination, with June exports valued at $3,885,399.
This figure indicates a 339.78 percent month-on-month change.
Japan’s year-to-date total for these exports is $17,249,565, representing 27.30 percent of the total YTD exports for this product category.
South Korea
South Korea secured the third position in June with exports totaling $513,961.
This indicates a -44.00 percent month-on-month change.
Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s exports of coal is $1,451,680, making up 2.30 percent of the total YTD exports.
Indonesia
Indonesia contributed $337,599 worth of coal in June.
As there was no recorded export from Indonesia in May, this marks a new and significant contribution to June’s exports.
Indonesia’s year-to-date total for these exports is $8,114,006, accounting for 12.84 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.
Thailand
Thailand rounded out the top five export destinations with $100,768 in June exports.
This country saw a 5.88 percent month-on-month increase.
Thailand’s year-to-date total for these exports is $1,972,801, representing 3.12 percent of the total YTD exports for this category.
