Vietnam’s exports of telephones, mobile phones and parts thereof experienced a slight decrease in June 2025, reaching $4,488,345,224, a -2.63 percent decrease compared to May 2025, according to the latest data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.
Despite this month-on-month decline, the year-to-date total for this product category stood at a substantial $26,894,582,235.
In June 2025, the top five destinations by dollar value for Vietnam’s exports of telephones, mobile phones and parts thereof were:
China
China emerged as the top destination in June, with export values reaching $986,654,419.
This represents a 10.41 percent month-on-month increase from May.
China’s year-to-date total for these exports stands at $5,431,554,994, accounting for 20.20 percent of all YTD exports in this category.
USA
The USA followed closely as the second-largest destination, with June exports valued at $950,746,012.
This figure indicates a -1.36 percent month-on-month change.
The USA’s year-to-date total for these exports is $5,355,345,755, representing 19.91 percent of the total YTD exports for this product category.
South Korea
South Korea secured the third position in June with exports totaling $404,667,173.
This indicates a 12.59 percent month-on-month increase.
Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s exports of telephones, mobile phones and parts thereof is $1,793,209,570, making up 6.67 percent of the total YTD exports.
UAE
The UAE contributed $226,919,470 worth of telephones, mobile phones and parts thereof in June.
Notably, the UAE experienced a -25.10 percent month-on-month decrease.
The UAE’s year-to-date total for these exports is $1,576,583,039, accounting for 5.86 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.
India
India rounded out the top five export destinations with $223,422,604 in June exports.
This country saw a 4.60 percent month-on-month increase.
India’s year-to-date total for these exports is $1,184,109,813, representing 4.40 percent of the total YTD exports for this category.
