The black-market buy and sell rates climbed to 27,760 and 27,800 respectively, widening the gap between the SBV and black-market mid-rates to VND 2,689 or 10.72 percent.
Google Finance’s mid-market rate eased marginally to 26,329 from 26,338 (-0.03 percent).
