ToggleVietnam’s animal feed production rose slightly in September 2025, reaching 1.31 million tonnes, up 0.70 percent from August, according to data from the National Statistics Office.
Total output for the first nine months of the year reached 11.13 million tonnes, representing a modest year-on-year increase from 10.99 million tonnes in the same period of 2024.
Vietnam animal feed imports
Vietnam’s imports of animal fodders and materials rose 7.38 percent in September 2025 to US$414.28 million from US$385.80 million in August, according to preliminary data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.
Year-to-date imports reached US$3.47 billion.

BAF closed at VND 31,500 on Wednesday up 0.15 percent with 13,296,000 shares traded, worth VND 41,506 million.
Foreign ownership in BAF is currently capped at 50.0 percent, with current foreign ownership sitting at 3.0 percent.
Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company
Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: DBC): Operates six animal-feed factories and has integrated operations spanning feed production, livestock breeding, and food processing.
DBC closed at VND 26,750 on Wednesday up 0.95 percent with 41,586,000 shares traded, worth VND 109,892 million.
Foreign ownership in DBC is currently capped at 49.0 percent, with current foreign ownership sitting at 3.1 percent.
