ToggleVietnam exported computers, electrical products, and spare-parts to the tune of US$10,743 million in December, up from US$9,597 million in November, a change of 11.93 percent, according to preliminary data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.
Year to date, Vietnam had exported US$107,748 million worth of computers, electrical products, and spare-parts by the end of December.
The USA accounted for US$4,162 million worth of Vietnam’s computers, electrical products, and spare-parts exports in December. This was up from US$3,762 million in computers, electrical products, and spare-parts exports in November, a change of 10.63 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$42,085 million worth of computers, electrical products, and spare-parts to the USA.
After the USA was China making up US$1,598 million worth of Vietnam’s computers, electrical products, and spare-parts exports in December. This was up from US$1,305 million in computers, electrical products, and spare-parts exports in November, a change of 22.44 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$16,887 million worth of computers, electrical products, and spare-parts to China.
Next was Hong Kong taking US$1,115 million worth of Vietnam’s computers, electrical products, and spare-parts exports in December. This was up from US$881 million in computers, electrical products, and spare-parts exports in November, a change of 26.65 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$10,819 million worth of computers, electrical products, and spare-parts to Hong Kong.
Following Hong Kong was South Korea representing US$884 million worth of Vietnam’s computers, electrical products, and spare-parts exports in December. This was up from US$719 million in computers, electrical products, and spare-parts exports in November, a change of 22.96 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$8,654 million worth of computers, electrical products, and spare-parts to South Korea.
Rounding out the top five was Netherlands constituting US$342 million worth of Vietnam’s computers, electrical products, and spare-parts exports in December. This was up from US$305 million in computers, electrical products, and spare-parts exports in November, a change of 12.06 percent. Year to date, Vietnam has shipped US$3,487 million worth of computers, electrical products, and spare-parts to Netherlands.
