Vietnam’s top export destinations for fertilizers (June 2025)
Vietnam’s exports of fertilizers remained relatively stable in June 2025, reaching $77,614,089, a -0.55 percent decrease compared to May 2025 according to data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.
Despite the marginal month-on-month decrease, several countries remain vital destinations for Vietnam’s exports, with the year-to-date total for this product category standing at $449,606,893.
In June 2025, the top five destinations by dollar value for Vietnam’s exports of fertilizers were:
Cambodia
Cambodia emerged as the top destination in June, with export values reaching $43,674,615.
This represents a 33.68 percent month-on-month change from May.
Cambodia’s year-to-date total for these exports stands at $144,308,826, accounting for 32.10 percent of all YTD exports in this category.
Other
The “Other” category followed as the second-largest destination, with June exports valued at $17,610,124.
This figure indicates a -15.78 percent month-on-month change.
The “Other” category’s year-to-date total for these exports is $141,353,378, representing 31.44 percent of the total YTD exports for this product category.
Myanmar
Myanmar secured the third position in June with exports totaling $3,291,139.
This indicates a 272.42 percent month-on-month change.
Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s exports of fertilizers is $9,955,879, making up 2.21 percent of the total YTD exports.
Philippines
The Philippines contributed $3,224,907 worth of fertilizers in June.
Notably, the Philippines experienced a -53.36 percent month-on-month decrease.
The Philippines’ year-to-date total for these exports is $24,958,548, accounting for 5.55 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.
Laos
Laos rounded out the top five export destinations with $3,212,447 in June exports.
This country saw a 0.73 percent month-on-month increase.
Laos’s year-to-date total for these exports is $16,270,533, representing 3.62 percent of the total YTD exports for this category.
