Vietnam’s fertilizers exports rise by 21.67 percent in February 2025

Vietnam’s fertilizers exports increased by 21.67 percent in February 2025 compared to January, reaching US$73.87 million, according to data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.

Vietnam’s total fertilizers exports for 2025 amounted to US$134.46 million, showing strong growth in a variety of markets.

The growth was driven by a significant rise in exports to Taiwan, which surged by 1,609.19 percent, totalling US$7.21 million. Exports to Laos also saw a strong increase, up by 140.85 percent. Meanwhile, exports to Malaysia grew by 36.08 percent. However, exports to South Korea dropped significantly by 68.39 percent, while shipments to Cambodia and Japan also showed declines.
