Vietnam’s exports of computers, electrical products, spare parts, and components totalled US$6.23 billion in November, an increase of 5.42 percent compared to October, according to Vietnam’s General Department of Customs. Year-to-date exports in this category reached US$65.23 billion.
The USA remained the largest market, with exports amounting to US$1.80 billion, a slight decline of 0.65 percent month-on-month. China saw significant growth of 35.89 percent, with exports totalling US$1.10 billion. South Korea recorded a 13.37 percent increase to US$565.90 million, while Singapore grew by 7.82 percent to US$105.53 million.
Conversely, exports to Japan and the Netherlands declined by 4.93 percent and 3.32 percent, respectively, with Japan receiving US$130.10 million and the Netherlands US$357.89 million. India experienced the steepest drop, falling by 26.87 percent to US$83.77 million.
The robust performance in key markets such as the USA, China, and South Korea underscores Vietnam’s competitive position in electronics exports.
