Vietnam’s biggest budget airline lifts foreign investor cap to 30 percent

Vietjet announced today that it would lift its foreign ownership cap to 30 percent, The Investor is reporting. Vietjet has been expanding aggressively in the last year or so and this move may be a means to attract more capital to expand even further. That said, by law a maximum of 34 percent of an airline in Vietnam can be owned by foreign investors.
