Vietnam’s animal feed production has seen strong growth in the first two months of 2025. According to the latest data from Vietnam’s General Office of Statistics, the country produced 1.17 million tons of animal feed in January 2025. In February, this figure decreased slightly to 1.14 million tons.
The cumulative total for the first two months of the year reached 2.30 million tons. This represents a 16.8 percent increase compared to the same period last year. Furthermore, the year-to-date figure reflects a 6.1 percent increase when compared to the first two months of 2024, indicating robust growth in the animal feed industry.
Vietnam’s primary animal feed production areas are concentrated in the southern and northern regions, where large manufacturing facilities supply feed for various industries, including poultry, pork, and aquaculture.
