The Government of Vietnam has decided to wind up the state-owned Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC) and all of its subsidiaries bar one, Vietnam News is reporting. Of note, its predecessor Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group also went bankrupt back in 2010 amid allegations of mismanagement and corruption.
