Meanwhile, the State Bank of Vietnam’s central exchange rate was set at VND 25,133, while the Google Finance mid-market rate stood at VND 26,320.
The spread between the SBV’s central exchange rate and black-market mid-market rates was VND 1,712 or 6.81 percent.

Vietnam’s interbank interest rates fell across most tenors.
The overnight rate decreased to 6.44 percent (down 0.28 points).
The 1-week rate fell to 6.96 percent, and the 2-week rate fell to 7.69 percent.
The 1-month rate increased to 7.60 percent, while the 3-month and 6-month rates rose to 7.49 and fell to 6.70 percent respectively.
