Vietnam Airlines has postponed its AGM until October, VN Express is reporting. Listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange the airline has been struggling to recover from COVID-19. It is still yet to disclose its 2022 annual report or 2023 half-year report. Under the Enterprise Law companies have four months from the end of the financial year to hold an AGM but can extend this to six months in some circumstances. VA has been at risk of being delisted for several years now and this article suggests that the delayed financial reports may contain content that hammers the final nail in the coffin.
