Vietnam’s milk industry has expanded steadily alongside rising urban incomes and changing dietary preferences.
Domestic consumption growth has supported investment in large-scale dairy farms, cold-chain logistics, and modern processing facilities.
The industry is led by integrated producers supplying fresh milk to retail, food service, and school nutrition programs across Vietnam.
Policy support for domestic agriculture and import substitution has encouraged herd expansion and productivity improvements in recent years.
