The USA was the top destination in July, with export values reaching $127,920,148.
This represents a -12.08 percent month-on-month decrease from June.
The USA’s year-to-date total for these exports stands at $848,705,611, accounting for 34.35 percent of all YTD exports in this category.
China
China followed as the second-largest destination, with July exports valued at $67,266,639.
This figure indicates a 1.85 percent month-on-month increase.
China’s year-to-date total for these exports is $448,389,186, representing 18.15 percent of the total YTD exports for this product category.
South Korea
South Korea secured the third position in July with exports totaling $40,676,462.
This indicates an 8.46 percent month-on-month increase.
Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s exports of insulated wires and cables is $258,497,843, making up 10.46 percent of the total YTD exports.
Japan
Japan contributed $31,056,624 worth of these products in July.
Notably, Japan experienced a -5.77 percent month-on-month decrease.
Japan’s year-to-date total for these exports is $210,776,874, accounting for 8.53 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.
Hong Kong
Hong Kong rounded out the top five export destinations with $11,654,779 in July exports.
This country saw a 32.24 percent month-on-month increase.
Hong Kong’s year-to-date total for these exports is $60,953,794, representing 2.47 percent of the total YTD exports for this category.
