Vietnam’s paper and paper products exports reached $188,414,328 in July 2025, according to the latest data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.
This represents a 12.96 percent increase compared to June, and this strong performance contributed to a year-to-date total of $1,218,985,113.

USA
The USA was Vietnam’s largest export market for paper and paper products in July, with values soaring to $78,345,950.
This marks a 17.64 percent month-on-month increase from June.
The USA’s year-to-date total stands at $453,984,163, accounting for 37.24 percent of all YTD paper and paper products exports.
Cambodia
Cambodia was the second-largest destination, with July exports valued at $18,115,491.
This represents a 6.15 percent month-on-month increase.
Cambodia’s year-to-date total for these exports is $109,562,474, making up 8.99 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.
Thailand
Thailand secured the third position in July with exports totaling $11,779,286.
This indicates a -3.95 percent month-on-month change.
Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s paper and paper products exports is $87,349,082, making up 7.17 percent of the total YTD exports.
Indonesia
Indonesia contributed $9,844,634 worth of paper and paper products in July.
This country saw a significant 48.03 percent month-on-month increase.
Indonesia’s year-to-date total for these exports is $62,673,914, accounting for 5.14 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.
Taiwan
Taiwan rounded out the top five export destinations with $9,730,398 in July exports.
This country saw a 1.71 percent month-on-month increase.
Taiwan’s year-to-date total for these exports is $65,152,000, representing 5.34 percent of the total YTD exports for this category.
