Images of Google’s new smartphone leaked from a Vietnam factory

Technave has published images of the Google Pixel 8 Pro smartphone that it says have come from a factory in Vietnam. This is a week before the official unveiling.

Why it matters: Intellectual property protection is a key concern for foreign manufacturers entering the Vietnam market. These leaks do not help to assuage those concerns.
