Fertilisers: Cambodia, Malaysia top destinations for Vietnam fertiliser exports in July

Vietnam’s fertilizer exports reached $81,271,584 in July 2025, according to the latest data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.

This represents a 4.71 percent increase compared to June, which contributed to a year-to-date total of $530,671,295.

Here are the top destinations by dollar value for Vietnam’s fertilizer exports in July 2025:

Cambodia

Cambodia was the largest destination, with July exports valued at $30,244,004.

This represents a -30.75 percent month-on-month decrease.

Cambodia’s year-to-date total for these exports is $174,357,997, making up 32.86 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.

Malaysia

Malaysia secured the second position in July with exports totaling $3,666,936.

This indicates a 24.39 percent month-on-month increase.

Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s fertilizer exports is $37,565,047, making up 7.08 percent of the total YTD exports.

Philippines

The Philippines contributed $2,690,088 worth of fertilizers in July.

This country saw a -16.58 percent month-on-month decrease.

The Philippines’ year-to-date total for these exports is $27,728,636, accounting for 5.23 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.

Laos

Laos rounded out the top export destinations with $1,561,832 in July exports.

This country saw a significant -51.38 percent month-on-month decrease.

Laos’s year-to-date total for these exports is $17,740,014, representing 3.34 percent of the total YTD exports for this category.
