European tourists in Vietnam are drawn to its rich cultural heritage and natural beauty. Many prefer exploring historic cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, cruising in Ha Long Bay, and relaxing at beach destinations like Nha Trang and Phu Quoc. European visitors often have a preference for sustainable tourism and enjoy activities such as trekking in Sapa and visiting ethnic minority villages. Additionally, many value Vietnam’s vibrant culinary offerings, with dishes like pho, bun cha, and fresh seafood ranking high on their list.
