In June 2025, the top five destinations by dollar value for Vietnam’s exports of fruits and vegetables were:
China
China emerged as the top destination in June, with export values reaching $525,980,883.
This represents a 57.74 percent month-on-month change from May.
China’s year-to-date total for these exports stands at $1,635,166,538, accounting for 52.62 percent of all YTD exports in this category.
USA
The USA followed as the second-largest destination, with June exports valued at $53,911,315.
This figure indicates a 0.61 percent month-on-month change.
The USA’s year-to-date total for these exports is $261,629,548, representing 8.42 percent of the total YTD exports for this product category.
Other
The “Other” category secured the third position in June with exports totaling $45,867,515.
This indicates a 5.18 percent month-on-month change.
Its year-to-date contribution to Vietnam’s exports of fruits and vegetables is $237,288,924, making up 7.64 percent of the total YTD exports.
South Korea
South Korea contributed $26,994,815 worth of fruits and vegetables in June.
Notably, South Korea experienced a -7.65 percent month-on-month decrease.
South Korea’s year-to-date total for these exports is $157,684,101, accounting for 5.07 percent of the total YTD exports for this product.
Japan
Japan rounded out the top five export destinations with $24,794,745 in June exports.
This country saw a 13.76 percent month-on-month increase.
Japan’s year-to-date total for these exports is $121,841,043, representing 3.92 percent of the total YTD exports for this category.
