Vietnam’s non-wood furniture exports fall by 29.43 percent in February 2025

Vietnam’s non-wood furniture exports declined by 29.43 percent in February 2025 compared to January, reaching US$235.43 million, according to data from Vietnam’s General Department of Customs.

Vietnam’s non-wood furniture exports total US$570.88 million for 2025, showing continued demand despite the month-on-month decrease.

The decline in exports was largely driven by a significant drop in shipments to Denmark, which fell by 54.05 percent, amounting to US$1.48 million. Exports to Australia, Malaysia, and Norway also saw notable decreases, while exports to China and Finland experienced positive growth. Exports to Cambodia showed a slight decrease of 6.98 percent.
