Allegations of corruption against a number of individuals involved in the registration of motor vehicles and their subsequent suspension from work pending trial, has led to a shortage of staff for new registrations, Saigon News is reporting. Of note, 958 registrars are being prosecuted and 800 others have quit their jobs.
